Mavka. Forest Song collected more than $2 million in France and more than $3 million in Ukraine

Cartoon Mavka. Forest Song continues to break box office records of Ukrainian films. In addition to 25 million UAH for the first weekend of rental in Ukraine, animated film collected $2,182,083 in France. This is reported by Ukrinform, referring to the message of the Derzhkino press service.

Mavka. Forest Song, despite a very long development and a large budget (187.2 million UAH), became the highest-grossing film of all time of Ukraine’s independence, collecting 127,531,211 UAH after 6 weekends of rental. We will remind you that Mavka was released in nationwide on March 2, 2023.

According to Box Office Mojo, Mavka has already earned $5,539,906 worldwide: $3,155,096 in Ukraine, $2,182,083 in France, and $164,766 in the United Arab Emirates. That is, the hopes of the authors for rental abroad have been fulfilled.
