Brie Larson as Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel) returns to the big screen in the new superhero action The Marvels. Moreover, this time she returns not alone, but together with her friend Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) and Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), whom the audience could see for the first time in the Ms. Marvel series. Of course, all three heroines have superhero abilities.
The Marvels should be a direct continuation not only of the movie Captain Marvel, released in 2019 but also of the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel. Following the events of the series, Carol Danvers, Kamala Khan, and Monica Rambeau begin switching places whenever they use their powers and must team up to find out why.
The premiere of the film The Marvels is scheduled for November 9.
