LinkedIn chief development officer Tomer Cohen talked about a number of new artificial intelligence tools coming to the Microsoft-owned platform, reports TechRadar.

LinkedIn’s AI tools will be powered by OpenAI’s GPT model, given Microsoft’s significant investment in the startup and subsequent implementation of its tools in many of its products. Service users will be able to add resumes generated by artificial intelligence to the “About’ and “Headline” sections.

LinkedIn vice president Hari Srinivasan also announced artificial intelligence tools to help employers fill out job descriptions, again stressing that this is only a foundation upon which recruiters can add their own information.

LinkedIn users will have access to more than 100 free courses until June 15, which will help them understand, with titles including ‘What is Generative AI’, ‘Security Risks in AI and Machine Learning’, and ‘Foundations of Responsible AI’.
