The YouTube Music app for Android and iOS has received an update that brings a new feature: Create a radio. Previously, you could start a radio station based on an individual track, almost anywhere in the app. Now a tool has appeared that allows you to approach the creation of a playlist more carefully.

Clicking on the Create a radio banner opens a page with your favorite artists. Having picked up to 30 artists, you need to decide if you want to listen only to these musicians, or if you are also ready to discover someone new. You will find the corresponding settings along with other filters on the next screen. Clicking “Done” opens your own radio station. You can save it to your library or download it for offline listening.

The new functionality should be available to both YouTube Music premium subscribers and free users.
