The Ram Trucks brand, which is part of the Stellantis concern, demonstrated its new electric pickup Ram 1500 REV during the 2023 Super Bowl. This is a pre-release version of the car, the first copies of which buyers should receive in 2024.
Stellantis decided not to experiment too much with the design of the Ram 1500 REV and play it safe a bit, like Ford did with the F-150 Lightning electric pickup. There are more modern headlights and taillights, a front trunk, but in general, the novelty is almost no different from the current gasoline version of the Ram 1500.
Technical specifications of the Ram 1500 REV have not yet been disclosed. The company only notes that the electric pickup will be able to serve as a source of energy for the house in the event of a power outage. Meanwhile, those interested can already reserve a pre-order slot on the Ram site. For this, you need to make a deposit of $100.
