Samsung offers a range of Galaxy Book laptops, but for the first time in several years, the company is targeting professional users who want the most out of their devices, the audience that is key for Apple and its MacBook Pro 16. And, at least with the price, Samsung can draw attention to the novelty, because the price of the Galaxy Book3 Ultra starts at $2,199 – $300 cheaper than the basic version of the MacBook Pro 16.

The Galaxy Book3 Ultra received a 16″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and an aspect ratio of 16:10. The same screen technology is used in the Galaxy S flagship smartphones. The laptop can be equipped with an Intel Core i7-13700H processor or i9-13900H of the 13th generation and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 or 4070 GPU. RAM is available up to 32 GB, SSD storage capacity – up to 1 TB. The novelty has a 1080p webcam, four speakers from AKG with Dolby Atmos support, Wi -Fi 6E, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB-A, microSD slot, 3.5 mm audio jack and HDMI 2.0.

The case of the Galaxy Book3 Ultra is made of aluminum. The weight of the laptop is only 1.76 kg, the thickness is 1.65 cm. The novelty is available only in one Graphite color.

Along with the Ultra model, Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Book3 Pro and Galaxy Book3 Pro 360. These are the more affordable devices in the lineup, but they also offer very decent specs. The laptops got similar displays to the Ultra, but the Pro model is also offered with a 14″ screen.
