Netflix has confirmed that its One Piece adaptation will hit screens in 2023. This is about all that is known at the moment. Netflix hasn’t given a specific date, though the company has revealed a new poster for its adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s pirate anime.

The film adaptation was first announced back in 2020 and will be directed by showrunners Matt Owens and Steven Maeda. The main cast includes performers such as Iñaki Godoy as Luffy (who can be seen from behind in the new poster), Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skyler as Sanji.

The franchise also received a new video game adaptation of One Piece Odyssey earlier this year.
