Despite numerous recent challenges, today the Google Ukraine team is launching the project Ukraine is Here – a new collection on the Google Arts & Culture, which demonstrates the steadfast spirit of Ukraine and allows everyone to explore the rich culture and traditions of our country.

The project was created in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine and 10 other partners, including the National Art Museum of Ukraine, Ivan Honchar Museum National Centre of Folk Culture, the Museum of Theater, Music and Cinema Arts of Ukraine, Saint Sophia Cathedral, Galagan Art Museum (Chernihiv), Lviv Historical Museum, Respublica Street Art Festival (Kamianets-Podilskyi) and architectural bureau balbek bureau.

This unique collection offers anyone the opportunity to explore authentic and interactive stories about Ukrainian culture, art, architecture, and natural landscapes through music, video, Street View project tours, 3D models and virtual galleries, brought together for the first time on one platform.

Among the exhibits, in addition to paintings from Ukrainian museums, there are also more modern art objects, such as models of historical buildings of Ukraine in 3D, the design of shelters for monuments on the streets of Kyiv, panoramas and Google Street View of our incredibly beautiful national parks and biosphere reserves, texts and videos are dedicated to Ukrainian rituals and crafts.
