Elon Musk continues to “make things right” on Twitter. As it became known to Washington Post the company is preparing to lay off 25% of workers in just the first round of layoffs.

Lawyer Alex Spiro, who is part of Elon Musk’s “inner circle”, will lead the process of redundancies. Spiro participates in the management of several Twitter teams, including legal, government, policy and marketing.

Twitter had more than 7,000 employees at the end of 2021, according to regulatory filings, and a quarter of the workforce to be cut is nearly 2,000.

We will remind, immediately after gaining control over Twitter Mask fired four of the company‘s top managers.

At the same time, a few days ago, Musk denied the New York Times report about the dismissal of Twitter employees until November 1.

Elon… maybe space is better after all?
