The release of ChromeOS 107 has appeared in the stable channel, which is now available for most devices running this OS.

In addition to bug fixes and security updates, ChromeOS 107 has several new features. For example, you can now Save desk for later on the Overview screen. You can give your own name to the created Desk thumbnail, check the creation date and find out which applications are open there. In the top panel, you can quickly close saved Desks or combine them with others.

In the file manager, the “Recent” view has been updated with a new document filter, and the bottom list is organized by time period.

And another innovation is that you can now hold down the physical keys on the keyboard to access the accented letters (just like it was done on the virtual keyboard before).
