Horizon Zero Dawn will get a PS5 remaster
Sony continues to prepare remasters of not so old PS4 games for PlayStation 5. Next, according to unofficial information, is Horizon Zero Dawn, which was released a little more than 4 years ago.
There is little information about the remaster yet. It is known that it will include new character models, improved lighting and animations. It is also reported that the remaster will receive accessibility options that were presented in the sequel, Horizon Forbidden West, and the already traditional choice of video modes: performance or quality. Most likely, the PS5 version of Horizon Zero Dawn will receive support for the proprietary features of the DualSense controller, as was the case with other remasters, for example, Spider-Man or Uncharted 4.
It is expected that the degree of “improvement” of Horizon Zero Dawn will not be as significant as, for example, in the case of The Last of Us – rather, the first part will be “improved” to the level of the PS5 version of Horizon Forbidden West. How much the remaster will cost, whether there will be discounts for owners of the original and when to expect it, is currently unknown.
