The international trailer of Antonio Lukich’s new film Luxembourg, Luxembourg, produced by the Ukrainian film production company ForeFilms, is presented.
Luxembourg, Luxembourg is the second feature film by Ukrainian director Antonio Lukich. The director’s previous film – the comedy My Quiet Thoughts – won the National Film Award Zolota Dziga, the National Film Critics Award Kinokol, and also received a special prize of the jury of the International Film Festival in Karlovy Vary.
The film Luxembourg, Luxembourg tells the story of twin brothers trying to cope with their own lives, when their long-lost father suddenly comes back. The leading roles in the film were performed by the members of the rap group Kurgan and Agregat – brothers Ramil and Amil Nasirov.
The world premiere of Antonio Lukich’s film will take place at the 79th Venice International Film Festival in the Horizons competition. The movie was also selected to participate in the Modern World Cinema program of the Toronto International Film Festival.
