The mobile version of 1Password has received a major update

At the end of last year, the desktop version of the password manager 1Password was updated to the eighth version – its application received a complete redesign and new functionality. And now, more than half a year later, the developer released 1Password 8 for iOS and Android .

Mobile versions received a new home screen with quick access to frequently used passwords, which the user can customize to their liking. There’s also a new navigation bar that lets you search for the information you need across all accounts.

The Watchtower dashboard, which was introduced in the desktop 1Password 8, is also present in the mobile clients. It informs the user about hacked websites on which they have accounts, the use of the same password on different sites, etc.
