Once we talked about the unique Mercedes Hammer Coupe and here is another interesting lot at auto auctions, a classic 1963 Volkswagen Beetle. Just think of it, before us there is almost a jubilee because next year this particular car will cross the half-century mark.

However, the “classic” Volkswagen Beetle appears to be in good shape: beautifully restored, sparkling with fresh paint and restored chrome. And the odometer shows only 6,865 miles (about 11,000 km).

How much does such a car cost? It is expected that this particular Volkswagen Beetle can be sold for $100-125 thousand. This is how the “people’s car” turns into a valuable “neo-retro”. Although, of course, most classic Volkswagen Beetles are sold for much less money: the average price ranges from $20,000 to $40,000.
