Expansive Worlds Studio, a unit of Avalanche Studios (Just Cause, Mad Max, Rage 2), which specializes in peaceful games, has presented its new simulator, this time in addition to a hunter simulator theHunter: Call of the Wild we will get a fisherman simulator Call of the Wild: The Angler.

Like the previous game, the new project uses the Apex engine, formerly known as the Avalanche Engine. The engine is able to create really large and very realistic levels with the simulation of the natural environment. An open world awaits us (in fact, it looks like there will be a few separate biomes and a bunch of DLC, as in theHunter: Call of the Wild) in which we will look for places for successful fishing. Of course, there will be a variety of fishing rods, lures, and squid. The interesting thing that is expected is the 12-person multiplayer mode.

Call of the Wild: The Angler will be released this year on PC at Steam, Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store. The release on consoles is planned later.
