Starlink has started sending terminals for regular users to Ukraine

Starlink satellite internet has been available for orders from Ukraine for some time, but the company did not ship terminals. Today, Ukrainians who have pre-ordered the service have started receiving letters stating that they can finally complete the payment for the service and receive a terminal at their address.

“We are currently unable to deliver to regions marked in red on https://liveuamap.com, but we can deliver Starlink to the rest of Ukraine. If your shipping address is located in these restricted areas, make sure you can provide an alternate address. Please enter a valid Ukrainian (+38) phone number and confirm the delivery address, but do not update your service address when confirming the order,” said in a letter from Starlink, which Mezha. Media managed to get acquainted with.

The Starlink website does not yet have updated information on providing satellite Internet in Ukraine to ordinary users, but the terminal can be ordered if you leave a prepayment of $99. The letter from the service states that to receive the terminal you need to pay the rest, $500 including taxes. In the future, the monthly subscription fee for using the Starlink satellite Internet is $120 per month, but the letter states that the first 3 months will be free for Ukrainian users.

We remind that Starlink has registered a representative office in Ukraine and has already received an operator’s license.
