Lenovo has introduced new thin laptops in the YOGA Slim line, which belongs to the premium segment. Among the new products are the flagship 14-inch YOGA Slim 9i, laptops YOGA Slim 7i Pro X, Slim 7 Pro X, and model YOGA Slim 7i Carbon.

Lenovo YOGA Slim 9i

The notebook is equipped with a 14-inch PureSight OLED touchscreen display with a frequency of 90 Hz, 16: 16 aspect ratio, and a hinge that opens 180 degrees. The resolution and brightness of the screen can be in two versions: 2.8K (2880 × 1800 pixels) and 400 nits or 4K (3840 × 2400 pixels) and 500 nits.

YOGA Slim 9i is built on the Intel platform and can be equipped with Intel Core i5-1240P with a frequency of 1.7-4.4 GHz or Core i7-1280P with a frequency of 1.8-4.8 GHz. Both configurations have built-in Intel Iris Xe graphics. Depending on the model, the laptop has 16 or 32 GB of LPDDR5-5600 RAM. It provides SDD PCIE with a capacity of up to 1 TB for file storage.

For video conferencing, the model has a webcam with a resolution of 1080P, dual microphones and an electronic shutter for privacy. There’s also an infrared camera for Windows Hello Face Detection. Four Bowers & Wilkins speakers are responsible for sound reproduction.

Of the ports in the YOGA Slim 9i there are three USB Type-C with Thunderbolt 4.0 and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Wireless modules are represented by WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1.

The autonomy of the model is provided by the built-in 75 W · h battery with support for fast charging Rapid Charge Boost (15 minutes of charging adds 2 hours of use). According to the manufacturer, the YOGA Slim 9i can play Full HD video for 15 hours.

The dimensions of the model are 315 x 214.4 x 14.9 mm and the weight is 1.37 kg.

Lenovo YOGA Slim 7i Pro X and Slim 7 Pro X

Both models received a 14.5-inch PureSight IPS screen with a resolution of 3K (3072×1920 pixels), a brightness of 400 nits, an adaptive refresh rate of 120 Hz, and an aspect ratio of 16:10. Depending on the modification, the display may have a glass coating as well as a touch panel.

Despite the similar design, the YOGA Slim 7i Pro X and Slim 7 Pro X differ in the platform. YOGA Slim 7i Pro X uses Intel processors, it can be Core i5-12500H, Core i7-12650H, or Core i7-12700H. They are complemented by built-in Intel Iris Xe graphics, but can also be discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050. The amount of RAM is 16 or 32 GB dual-channel LPDDR5-6000.

Slim 7 Pro X uses AMD processors, it can be Ryzen 5 6600HS, Ryzen 7 6800HS, or Ryzen 9 6900HS. The graphics are also either built-in Radeon Graphics or discrete GeForce RTX 3050. The amount of RAM also does not change 16 or 32 GB dual-channel LPDDR5, except that the higher frequency – 6400 MHz.

Both versions can have an SDD PCIE storage of up to 1 TB. Webcam with 1080P resolution, dual microphones, and electronic shutter for privacy. Separate IR camera for Windows Hello. As well as two 2-watt speakers from Harman.

Models support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1 wireless connection, but different ports.

In the YOGA Slim 7i Pro X, the user will receive two USB Type-C with Thunderbolt 4, one USB A 3.2 Gen1, HDMI 2.0, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The Slim 7 Pro X has two USB Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen2 10G, with DisplayPort 1.4a and PowerDelivery 3.0), two USB A 3.2 Gen1, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Both models have a 70 W · h battery, but the manufacturer claims a different level of autonomy. YOGA Slim 7i Pro X provides video playback in 1080P for up to 12.5 hours, and Slim 7 Pro X for up to 15.5 hours.

The dimensions of both versions are 328.2 x 221.4 x 15.9 mm with a weight of 1.45 kg.

Lenovo YOGA Slim 7i Carbon

It is a compact 13.3-inch laptop measuring 300.98 x 206.03 x 14.8 mm and weighing just 967.8 grams. It is equipped with a PureSight IPS screen with a resolution of 2.5K (2560 x 1600 pixels), a brightness of 400 nits, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and a hinge that allows the display to open at 178 degrees.

The notebook can be equipped with Intel Core i5 1240P or i7 1260P processors, built-in Intel Iris Xe graphics, 8, 16, or 32 GB of LPDDR5-4800 RAM, and SDD PCIE up to 1 TB.

Above the model’s screen is a 720P webcam with two microphones and an electronic curtain for privacy, as well as an infrared camera for Windows Hello. Wireless modules are represented by Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1.

There are few ports, only two: Thunderbolt 4.0 (PD3.0 / DP1.4 / USB4.0) and USB Type C (PD3.0 / DP1.4 / USB3.2 Gen2). There are two 2W speakers from Harman for sound reproduction.

The built-in 50-watt battery, according to the manufacturer, should provide up to 13.5 hours of 1080P video playback.
