Practicing with advice from the Internet or in front of friends? Google’s algorithms offer better solutions for how to prepare for an interview. New tool Interview Warmup uses artificial intelligence so that the job seeker can practice in an interview for various positions.
The site asks common questions such as “tell us a little about yourself” and analyzes voice or written responses for what can be improved. For example, a person may learn that they use certain words too often, or they should tell more about a particular topic.
Interview Warmup was created for Google Career Certificates users who are hoping to find a job. This is what most job-specific questions are aimed at. However, there are general questions that will help everyone train. Meanwhile, Google plans to expand the tool to help more candidates.
Currently, Interview Warmup is only available in English.
