5,000 Ukrainian women will be able to take free short courses in creative and IT specialties. The project was announced by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Projector Institute with support of Diia.Business.

The training will be financed by a fund created for this purpose, which covers free scholarships for new students, curators and mentors’ fee. Thus, the Ministry of Finance and Projector want to support women who have been forced to move abroad or relocate to the western and central regions of Ukraine. The courses will help them obtain a popular profession, work and be independent. 

There are 10 available programs:  

  • Project Management
  • Graphic Design
  • Motion Design
  • SEO Specialist
  • Interface Designer
  • PPC Specialist
  • Data Scientist
  • Data Analyst

Two more courses for FrontEnd Developers and QA Specialists are currently under development. 

In addition, the project promises career support – access to the vacancy database, communication with potential tech companies, consultations on writing a resume and passing an interview, etc.
