GUR: Russian manufacturer of components for X-101 missiles still not under sanctions

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Directorate of Intelligence published data on 145 enterprises that are part of or are managed by the Technodynamika holding of the Russian state corporation Rostec on the War&Sanctions portal. According to Ukrainian intelligence, 86 of the enterprises remain outside the sanctions of the sanctions coalition countries.

The GUR recalled that the Technodynamika holding plays a key role in the production of artillery systems, cannon and rocket artillery, ammunition, gunpowder and explosives for military purposes.

In addition, its enterprises manufacture unmanned aerial vehicles, launchers for long-range cruise missiles, armor plates, personal protective equipment, and develop simulators for military aviation, parachute systems, and aircraft engines.

Also, the GUR adds, these enterprises carry out repairs and extend the service life of Tu-95MS and Tu-160 strategic bombers.

"Despite the strategic importance of the holding for the Russian military-industrial complex, 86 out of 145 enterprises remain outside the sanctions of the countries of the sanctions coalition. Among them are manufacturers of key components for Russian missile systems and armored vehicles," the GUR noted.

Their list included:

• JSC "Federal Center for Dual Technologies "Soyuz" and JSC "Morozov Plant" - developers of engines and solid fuel for the "Topol-M", "Yars" and "Iskander" complexes;

• JSC "Leningrad Mechanical Plant named after Karl Liebknecht" - a manufacturer of armor-piercing and subcaliber shells for smoothbore guns of Russian tanks, in particular on the "Armata" platform;

• JSC "Ufa Aggregate Production Association" – manufacturer of components for the Kh-101 and Kh-59M2 / Kh-59M2A missiles;

• JSC "Machine-building plant "Shtamp" named after B. L. Vannikov" - manufacturer of main parts for MLRS "Grad" and "Tornado-G", bodies of aviation bombs, the only manufacturer in the Russian Federation of cartridge belt links for artillery shots of calibers 23 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm.

The GUR noted that the published information contains the identification data of the enterprises, their functions in the structure of the holding and Rostec in general, the scheme of relationships and subordination, as well as data on the sanctions applied to them.
