Ukraine has developed ammunition to destroy drones

The Brave1 defense technocluster has initiated the development of anti-drone cartridges that will significantly increase the chances of hitting a moving air target. They are made in the most common automatic caliber of 5.56 mm.

The new rounds will use a special warhead that will make it much more likely to hit an FPV drone or reconnaissance drone than standard ones. However, technical details of the cluster are not specified.

The development of the Ukrainian manufacturer has already been codified. The issue now is scaling up the production of these cartridges to provide them to the infantrymen of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Brave1 previously presented a development that is capable of surveying mine-contaminated areas 100 times faster. It is a drone with installed equipment and elements of artificial intelligence, which the Ukrainian team UADamage managed to create.
