Ukrainian ODIN introduced a new electronic warfare system to protect a car from FPV and Mavics

Developers from the miltech project ODIN have introduced the second generation of an automotive electronic warfare system called ODIN-D TURBO 2.0. This device is an improved version of the ODIN-D TURBO, which has been used for protection in Defense Forces units since May 2025.

According to the development team, the ODIN-D TURBO 2.0 model has improved characteristics compared to the first version. They look like this:

· Operating frequency range, MHz: 300-1050; 2100-2700; 5800 (total 13 bands);

· Total power, W: 1040 (13 modules with a power of 80 W each);

· Power supply: 24V battery (2 pieces included);

· Battery life: 1.5 hours;

The kit includes a 220V/24V/12V converter unit for power supply from EcoFlow charging stations or from the vehicle's on-board network.

It is also noted that the electronic warfare system has two modules with antennas that can work both together and independently, which allows it to cover only certain frequency ranges.

Oboronka adds that such electronic warfare allows you to protect a car or dugout from the most popular drones on the front, which can work as scouts, bombers, or kamikazes.

Due to the fact that ODIN-D TURBO 2.0 operates at frequencies of 300-1050 MHz, it is able to suppress the video signal and remote control signal of FPV drones, most of which use fairly low frequencies (from 400 to 900 MHz).

And operation in the 2100-2700 and 5800 MHz range makes it possible to block video and control signals from the equally popular Mavic quadcopters, which are often used by scouts on both our side and the enemy's side.
