Ukrainian net gun "Ptashka" is proposed to be used against Russian Zhdun drones

The Ptashka Systems channel showed a video of the use of the Ptashka net-comet against Russian drones waiting for targets in ambushes. Judging by the video, the manufacturers suggest dropping the net from the UAV and thereby blocking the movement of the enemy drone.

"The main advantage of this method of combat is that the drone continues to be in ambush and the f*cking operator wastes working time waiting for the target. And when the target appears, you yourself understand what happens next," the video description says.

Let us remind you that "Ptashka" is a reusable weapon against FPV drones. It is equipped with several cartridges with nets, each of which costs 1500 UAH. In total, the cost of the weapon reaches 7900-19500 UAH, depending on the configuration.

Visually, the "Ptashka" looks like a gun with a cartridge attached to the barrel. The Sitcomet needs to point the net at the drone and fire a shot. Then, a 3.5 by 3.5 m net unfolds in the air and blocks the UAV's propellers, causing it to fall. The Sitcomet is capable of firing the net at a distance of up to 25-30 m.

Earlier, the Ptashka Systems channel published a video of the combat use of the Ptashka net gun. Thanks to it, an enemy drone was shot down  the drone exploded.
