Wild Hornets has developed an interceptor drone that can climb to a height of 11 km

A group of Ukrainian developers Wild Hornets has successfully tested a new copter drone-interceptor, which can fly at an altitude of up to 11 kilometers. Video footage of the test was published by the developers on social networks. According to the OSINTtechnical resource, the test was conducted in the sky over the Kherson region.

This drone is aimed at detecting and destroying enemy drones, in particular those used for reconnaissance and strikes from high altitudes. The technical characteristics of the new model are not currently disclosed due to security reasons. The developers report that the device has not yet received official codification from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"Wild Hornets" specializes in the development of combat unmanned systems. The company is engaged in the production of FPV drones, anti-aircraft interceptor drones, ground control stations, systems for remote mining, bombing and air logistics. According to the developers, their drones have already destroyed 1,738 units of enemy equipment worth $1.69 billion.
