Ukrainians have created an AI program called Clarity, which independently finds enemy equipment in photos and videos
Ukrainian developers have created the Clarity program, which works on the basis of artificial intelligence and independently detects equipment and the enemy. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
"Previously, analysts spent hours analyzing drone intelligence manually. Ukrainian developers have found a solution. Meet Clarity, a Ukrainian AI program for analyzing photo and video data," he said.
According to the official, the program independently finds enemy equipment and signs of presence in photos and videos. It speeds up the kill chain, saves analysts up to 90% of their time, and works on a regular laptop.
Mykhailo Fedorov noted that the development company won the pre-seed startup competition at Brave1's Happy New Fear Hackathon and attracted a grant from Brave1, which helped create an improved version of the Clarity Pro program.
What Clarity Pro can do:
- decrypts photos and videos in seconds;
- links the photo to coordinates on the map;
- automatically generates and decodes orthophotomaps.
According to the First Deputy Prime Minister, Clarity is already used by more than 250 pilots, analysts, and scouts from the Achilles, Nemesis, Rubizh, 40th Special Operations Brigade, and others. The program is constantly being improved based on their feedback.
Recall that earlier, Brave1 recently announced the launch of Brave competitions for the development of explosives production, autonomous drones, as well as tactical ballistic missiles and air defense systems. The budget for the development of projects can reach UAH 100-150 million.
Previously, Mykhailo Fedorov also stated that an air-to-air air defense complex is being created to protect Ukrainian skies, which is capable of protecting large territories.
