The Third Assault opens a school for ground robot operators
The Third Separate Assault Brigade has launched its own school for operators of ground robotic complexes at Killhouse.academy. Ukrainian-made robots will be used to train future specialists.
As noted in the press service of the 3rd OSB, the operators' school will be the first training center that will combine combat experience, engineering solutions, and a new level of military education. Not only military personnel, but also civilians will be able to take the courses.
The training center has its own training ground and a fleet of combat robots, which are already actively used on the front lines. It is equipped with a simulator room, technical workshops, and a lecture hall.
"All this is to transfer real combat knowledge and develop skills that will save lives and give you an advantage on the battlefield," the Third Assault Brigade emphasizes.
During the five-day course with practical exercises, instructors will teach the basics of working with robots and the tactics of their use. Three main types of missions are considered: logistics and evacuation, engineering tasks, and fire support.
The school will also provide students with the opportunity to learn management, maintenance, and combat preparation, as well as communication, coordination, and decision-making in real-world military scenarios.
We will remind you that the largest Ukrainian ground robot PROTECTOR, which can transport 700 kg of cargo, was recently admitted to operation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
