Chinese units discovered among the wreckage of the Shaheds in Kyiv
After analyzing the wreckage of one of the Shahed drones that the Russians used to shell Kyiv on the night of July 4, Ukrainian experts have discovered Chinese-made hull components. This was reported by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga on his page on the social network X.
The above photo of the body element of the Russian drone has the date "23.05.2025" engraved on it, which may indicate the exact date of production of this unit. The supplier of the component is "Suzhou ECOD Precision Manufacturing Co. Ltd". In open sources, its place of registration is indicated as the city of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
The Security Service of Ukraine later clarified that the discovered parts are fasteners for the launch catapult from which the drones are launched. SBU specialists have already removed these parts for further examination.
It is noteworthy that, according to Sibiga, during the nighttime Russian attack on the night of July 3-4, the building of the Chinese Consulate General in Odessa received minor damage.
As a reminder, earlier the Main Intelligence Directorate discovered an American minicomputer in the wreckage of the Shahed, which helps the drone aim at the target using artificial intelligence.
