SBU destroys Russian radar equipment in the Black Sea with sea and air drones
The Security Service of Ukraine, using surface and air drones, destroyed Russian radar equipment and warehouses on gas production platforms in the Black Sea, according to a statement from the SBU.
"Employees of the 13th Main Directorate of the Military Counterintelligence Department of the SBU conducted a combined special operation using sea and air drones. Its target was Russian radar equipment located on Ukrainian gas production platforms," the report said.
The service noted that one of the towers was first hit by a drone from the air, and then a naval drone fired on it. As a result of the attack, the Neva radar station was destroyed - it was used by the enemy to monitor the air and surface situation, as well as storage facilities and a residential block on the tower.
"Within one special operation, SBU specialists used two types of drones, which demonstrated the effectiveness of pair work. We once again reminded the enemy that no Russian junk has a place in the Black Sea," the SBU added.
It was also recalled that with the help of surface drones, the SBU managed to hit the Crimean bridge and 11 Russian warships. As a result, this made it possible to reduce the dominance of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea and restore the grain corridor.
