Operators of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have eliminated four 170 mm Koksan self-propelled artillery systems that Russia received from the DPRK. The Unmanned Systems Forces Command reported this.

According to the department, the equipment was detected and destroyed in the Luhansk and Zaporizhia regions. The destruction was carried out by fighters of the 412th Nemesis Regiment. One of the targets was destroyed in cooperation with other units of the Defense Forces.

"Koksan" is considered one of the longest-range artillery systems in the world. The firing range with a conventional high-explosive fragmentation shell is 40 km, and with an active-reactive shell - up to 60 km.

The occupying army received these installations as military aid after significant losses in its own artillery during the Russian-Ukrainian war.

It was previously reported that operators of the 429th separate Achilles unmanned systems regiment hit two Russian TOS-1A Sontsepok heavy flamethrower systems in the Kupyansk direction.
