The Ministry of Defence will create a single "laboratory" of Russian trophies and open access to Soviet drawings
The Ministry of Defense plans to accelerate the exchange of information about the enemy's military technologies, in particular, to create a transparent base of trophies and provide access to Russian technological documentation. Representatives of the Ministry of Defense said this during the "Decisive Innovations" forum from Brave1.
"We are creating a single trophy center. Each sample of Russian weapons will be analyzed without intermediaries and the black market. (...). We have decided to open all Soviet/Russian drawings and technical documentation for military products to Ukrainian engineers. Our developments will also be open to a range of Ukrainian companies that have passed the relevant checks," said Defence Minister Denys Shmyhal.
Deputy Defence Minister Yuriy Myronenko added that Ukrainians need a single point where they can analyze which antennas, which means of communication, which explosives the enemy uses and develop countermeasures as quickly as possible. The presentation said that the "laboratory for analyzing enemy trophies" is offered as a solution to the problem when different military structures compete with each other for captured Russian weapons.
By the way, on December 1, 2024, the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine launched the War&Sanctions platform. Over the year, nine sections appeared on the portal, including: child abductors, weapons components, instruments of war, naval and aircraft vessels, stolen heritage, sanctions lists of partners, champions of terror, Kremlin and aggressor military-industrial complex backers.
GUR indicates that War&Sanctions are tens of thousands of entities and objects that shape, fuel, provide, personify, and support the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine.
