The International Legion of the GUR has developed its own multi-purpose ground drone "Legit"
The International Legion of the Main Intelligence Directorate has begun production of ground robotic complexes (GRC) under the name "Legit". The development was carried out by operators and engineers of the UAV CYCLONE group together with engineers of DIU Legion Support. This was reported in the press service of the legion.
"Legit" is a compact tracked drone designed to perform both logistical and combat missions. In the logistics version, a trailer is attached to the platform, which is used to transport ammunition, food, or other cargo.
In the strike configuration, the drone is equipped with a combat module with two infantry grenade launchers, which allows it to be used to support assault groups or destroy fortified enemy positions. In addition, the Legit can be used as a kamikaze drone. For this, an explosive is installed on the body, which detonates when approaching the target.
By the way, the Ministry of Defense recently codified and approved for operation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine the new Ukrainian ground-based unmanned aerial vehicle "Murakha". It is designed to support units in difficult combat conditions, in particular under enemy fire or in mined territory.
The complex is capable of transporting over 500 kg of cargo over considerable distances, and it is also equipped with various control channels, which ensures its operation even in the range of enemy electronic warfare (EW) devices.
