Ukrainian company Kvertus has presented a new generation electronic warfare system. The smart EW tool is called Kvertus LTEJ Mirage. The development was announced by the manufacturer's CEO Yaroslav Filimonov on LinkedIn.
Among the features of the tool, the developer calls the ability to block signals on any frequency. The complex can be remotely controlled from anywhere in Ukraine. It also has integration with another product of the company - MS Azimut. The ELINT system determines the signal bandwidth and transmits accurate data on target designation to the electronic warfare system.
"The most important thing is how all the systems (ELINT + EW) work together – in a single ecosystem, at a single operator's workplace. From there, the operator can control any number of complexes – be it 3, or 50, or even 1000. All systems in one network communicate autonomously and coordinate which of them will jam which part of the signal," explained Yaroslav Filimonov.
He also added that access levels in the system can be distributed according to the commander's rank: someone gets control over a 5 km sector, someone 10 km, and someone over the entire front line.
