The Azov Corps announced recruitment for the unit that will land the Shaheds

The 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" announced the opening of recruitment for the anti-Shahed unit. Its main goal is to destroy enemy attack UAVs of the "Shahed/Geran" type.

"Are you losing sleep, energy, and strength due to "shahed" anxieties? From now on, you have a unique opportunity to protect yourself and your loved ones," the message on Facebook says.

The recruitment is open for the following vacancies: anti-aircraft FPV drone operator and UAV interceptor operator.

What are the requirements for candidates?

· Experience in operating FPV drones, UAVs;

· Having combat experience (will be an advantage).

"The enemy is increasing the production of "Shaheds" every day to terrorize peaceful Ukrainian cities. Destroy the enemy's plans and land "Mopeds" by the dozens," the message said.

Candidates are asked to fill out a questionnaire and be sure to indicate in the comments their intention to join the anti-shaheed unit.

By the way, recently the director of the Defense Procurement Agency, Arsen Zhumadilov, stated that the Agency had contracted tens of thousands of interceptor drones.

Earlier, the head of the KMVA, Timur Tkachenko, announced the launch of a "full-fledged" system for intercepting enemy drones flying over Kyiv. According to him, UAH 260 million will be allocated for the implementation of the initiative.
