Wild Hornets drones have already destroyed over 600 Russian Shahed and Gerber aircraft

Thanks to the drones of the Ukrainian developer group "Wild Hornets", the Russians suffered losses in the amount of $1.96 billion. This is stated in the statement of the manufacturers.

"As of early October, the Ukrainian military has destroyed 153 tanks, 231 armored vehicles, 124 artillery systems/MLRS, 669 vehicles and ammunition depots, over 600 shaheeds and gerberas, 1,268 reconnaissance and strike drones, more than 1,000 occupiers and their positions, and 4 air defense systems using Wild Hornets drones," the Wild Hornets statement said.

At the same time, the manufacturer clarified that these are losses that can be calculated using open data.

As you know, "Wild Hornets" has several developments. One of them is the "Queen Hornet". Last summer, the company showed the production of this drone and explained that it is a multifunctional drone-platform that can be a bomber, kamikaze, or cargo drone. In the spring of 2025, the Ukrainian Armed Forces first used the "Queen Hornet" with a grenade launcher in combat.

Another development is the Sting interceptor to combat Russian Shahed UAVs. The Ukrainian drone is equipped with an AI targeting system and can reach speeds of over 315 km/h.

By the way, the Ukrainian manufacturer cooperates with the community of Serhiy Sternenko, whose funding is used to assemble new drones for various units of the Defense Forces.
