DJI is preparing to introduce a new drone. The manufacturer of the Mavic has published a teaser on social networks and on its website with the date of the next presentation - it will take place in mid-May. This is reported by TechRadar.
DJI does not specify which drone it is referring to, but the media outlet notes that we should expect the Mavic 4 Pro to be unveiled .
According to unofficial information, the Mavic 4 Pro will be more or less similar in design to its predecessor, will have a 52-minute battery life and a starting price of $2,250.
Recall that DJI presented the flagship drone Mavic 3 Pro in the spring of 2023. Its main feature was the camera block, which consists of three modules. The main one is a 4/3" CMOS sensor with a resolution of 20 MP and a variable aperture of f/2.8-f/11, equivalent to 24 mm.
It is complemented by two telephoto lenses: a 1/1.3" 48 MP module with an aperture of f/2.8 and a 3x optical zoom, equivalent to 70 mm, and a 1/2" 12 MP sensor with an aperture of f/3.4, 7x optical and 28x hybrid zoom, equivalent to 166 mm.
It was also previously reported that in early 2025, the company presented the DJI Matrice 4 series of drones.
