Ukrainian DELTA verified over 130 thousand destroyed and damaged targets in two months
In the two months since the DELTA situational awareness system was introduced at all levels of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it has verified over 130,000 destroyed and damaged enemy targets , 25% of which were enemy personnel. This was reported by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, the order to implement DELTA gave the Armed Forces a legal basis for its widespread use. And the system itself received expanded automatic reporting and analytics .
Soldiers can now report on detected targets more than 20 km from the line of contact (LOC), and additional incentives have been introduced for scouts. There are also new reports for logistics missions carried out using ground robotic complexes (GRCs).
"DELTA is increasingly moving towards a data-driven concept of warfare, where analytics and battlefield information become an additional but indispensable tool for making critical decisions. A series of updates to the technology for automatic detection of enemy equipment by artificial intelligence has already been implemented. Thanks to this mechanism, the accuracy of vehicle detection is 70% of unique units, and the average detection time is 2.2 seconds. In parallel, work is underway to launch night detection functionality," the message says.
We will remind you that in August, Denys Shmyhal signed an order to introduce the DELTA digital management system at all levels of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
DELTA recently became a key control tool for NATO’s REPMUS 2025 exercise, coordinating over 100 unmanned platforms – sea, underwater, land and air – while demonstrating compatibility with the Alliance’s latest standards.
