Denmark will build a factory for the production of Ukrainian weapons

The Danish government is investing in the development of Ukrainian weapons production on its territory. This was agreed within the framework of the "Build with Ukraine" initiative. The corresponding letter of intent was signed by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov and his Danish counterpart Troels Lund Poulsen.

Denmark has already allocated over $47 million for the construction. All products manufactured by the enterprises will be supplied to the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The production will be financed by the partners.

"This is a strategic step that enhances our joint defense capability, strengthens supply chains, and creates new opportunities for technology exchange and integration of our defense sectors," Rustem Umerov emphasized.

It should be noted that the "Build with Ukraine" initiative envisages the development of Ukrainian weapons production in Ukraine's partner countries. New enterprises will be built with foreign funds and will exclusively meet the needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The United Kingdom has already taken this path, committing to finance the production of Ukrainian drones on its territory for three years.
