The Brave1 Cluster has announced the extension of registration for the Battle Proven defense startup competition until July 25, 2025. The event will take place during the Brave1 Defense Tech Valley 2025 investment defense tech summit on September 16-17.
"Battle Proven is a competition for 30 defense and dual-use startups... As part of the competition, selected teams will present their developments to the largest community of specialized investors, get a chance to scale, and compete for the prize pool," Brave1 said in a statement.
The competition will be held in three categories:
1) Trail Blazers – if the startup is at the pre-seed stage, but the solution is already powerful;
2) Gamechangers – if the product is already working on the battlefield;
3) Power Players – if technology influences the course of war every day.
The prize fund for the startup competition is provided by Ukrainian and international companies in the field of defense technologies: Tekever, Quantum Systems, Athlon Avia. The list of partners will be expanded.
