During July 2025, the Ministry of Defense admitted about 140 new models of weapons and military equipment to operation in the Defense Forces. This was reported by the Main Directorate for Ensuring Life Cycle Support of Weapons and Military Equipment.
More than 85% of new military equipment samples put into service are domestically produced.
"The list of domestic military equipment samples approved for operation last month includes ammunition (mostly for UAVs), unmanned aerial systems, ground robotic systems (GRS), electronic warfare and reconnaissance equipment," the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
It was added here that among the new products there are also samples of optics, communications, cars, and armored vehicles.
For example, at the beginning of the month, it became known that a Ukrainian quadcopter drone, the R-34-T, was allowed to operate in the Defense Forces. Its feature is a laser that will illuminate targets for strikes with high-precision ammunition.
