YouTube Music will start syncing playback progress across devices
YouTube Music version 8.26.51 has added a new useful feature that improves the process of listening to songs across devices, Android Authority reports.
YouTube Music will remember where you left off in a song on an album and will immediately offer to continue listening from that point, even from other devices.
This will allow users who started listening to a song on their smartphone or tablet to continue listening to it on their computer or TV.
Although this feature is not yet as convenient as Spotify syncing, it has its advantages — in particular, the ability to save progress across multiple playlists or albums at once, rather than simply resuming playback of one list.
