LG TVs now support Xbox Cloud Gaming

LG has launched the Xbox app on its smart TVs, allowing gamers in over 25 countries to enjoy cloud gaming. Unfortunately, Ukraine is not on the list yet.

All you need is an Xbox controller and an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription to play. The service supports a wide range of games from studios such as Activision, Bethesda, Blizzard, Mojang, and Xbox Game Studios.

The Xbox app is available in the LG Gaming Portal and LG Apps on TVs running webOS 24 and later. It is supported on LG OLED, QNED, NanoCell and UHD TV models released in 2022 and later. It will also be available on LG StanbyME portable screens in June.

LG positions the launch of the Xbox app as a step in implementing its strategy to make the TV a universal multimedia hub.
