Andor - official trailer for the second season

Disney has released the first trailer for the second season of Andor. The series will consist of 12 episodes, which will be released in four parts of three episodes each, with the first three premiering on April 22 on the Disney+ streaming service.

The first trailer for the second season already hints at the origins of the Rebel Alliance, and over the course of 12 episodes, the story of Cassian Andor will be shown, leading up to the events of the film "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story." The second season will also feature the droid K-2SO and Orson Krennic from the aforementioned film.

"While Season 1 followed Cassian’s reluctant journey from cynical nobody to revolutionary volunteer, the long-awaited conclusion in Andor Season 2 will see the characters and their relationships intensify as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance. Everyone will be tested and, as the stakes rise, the betrayals, sacrifices and conflicting agendas will become profound," the official synopsis reads.

Season 2 of Andor stars Diego Luna, Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O'Reilly, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, Adria Arjona, Faye Marseille, Varada Setu, Elizabeth Dulau, Ben Mendelsohn, and many more. The series was created by Tony Gilroy, one of the writers of Rebel One: A Star Wars Story.

Along with the first trailer, Disney also unveiled a new poster for the series "Andor" featuring Cassian Andor, played by Diego Luna. We also remind you that the first season of the series became the most expensive project in the "Star Wars" franchise.
