Marvels Studios has announced the film Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Sony and Marvel Studios confirmed at CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas that Tom Holland will return to the role of Spider-Man in the new film "Spider-Man: Brand New Day".

The film is scheduled for release on July 31, 2026. It will be directed by Destin Cretton, who also directed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

In the Spider-Man comics, there is a series called Brand New Day , where Peter Parker attempts to become a superhero again after the demon Mephisto erases all memories of his identity. This corresponds to the ending of Spider-Man: No Way Home, where all the characters have forgotten Peter Parker.
