In the new beta version of the PlayStation 5 system update, Sony is testing the ability to simultaneously connect the DualSense gamepad to multiple devices.
Once the feature is activated, users will be able to switch between console, computer, or smartphone without the need to reconnect.
One controller can be linked to four devices, each assigned to one of the action buttons (×, ○, □, or △).
To switch between devices, you need to turn on the selected gadget, and then hold down the PS button together with the corresponding action button on the controller for three seconds - after the connection indicator flashes, the switch will be completed.
The feature is currently only available to select beta testers, with Sony planning to roll it out globally "in the coming months."
