Samsung, together with the South Korean company KT, is working on a technology that is designed to improve the quality of mobile communications using artificial intelligence. This is reported by Sammobile with reference to Newsis. The main goal is to eliminate the shortcomings that users encounter due to overloading of base stations or reduced signal stability.
Modern mobile networks serve all devices connected to the same base station equally, regardless of their needs. The technology being developed by Samsung and KT allows AI to be used to customize network settings for each user individually. This should provide more stable and faster connections adapted to individual usage conditions.
Artificial intelligence will take into account user preferences and will be able to determine the optimal connection parameters in advance. The developers have already conducted internal testing and plan to test the new system in a real commercial network in the second half of 2025.
Since Samsung is one of the leading suppliers of networking equipment in the world, this technology has the potential to have global development.
