Samsung currently sells four flagship smartphones in the Galaxy S25 series, including the slim Edge model. At the same time, the company is planning to release another, more affordable smartphone, the FE. According to WinFuture, this new product has briefly appeared on the British Tesco website.
According to the Galaxy S25 FE page, the upcoming smartphone will not receive significant improvements compared to last year's model. In particular, the S25 FE will have the same processor as the S24 FE - the Exynos 2400e.
As for other specifications, the smartphone will have 8 GB of RAM paired with 128 or 256 GB of storage. In addition, the Galaxy S25 FE will receive a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels and a 4900 mAh battery with support for 45 W charging.
Out of the box, the device will be equipped with One UI 8 based on the Android 16 operating system. At the same time, it will have the same set of cameras as last year's model: 50 MP main, 12 MP ultra-wide-angle and 8 MP for zoom. On the front, there will be a 10 MP selfie camera.
These reports partially coincide with a previous leak from an insider, who also claimed that the Galaxy S25 FE would not receive a processor upgrade.
The "cheaper" Galaxy S25 is likely to cost €679 (~$787). Samsung will offer the new product in Jet Black and Ice Blue. The South Korean company also previously stated that the S25 FE would be announced earlier than previous models, but did not give an exact date.
