Along with the current Galaxy S25 smartphone lineup, Samsung briefly announced another new model — the Galaxy S25 Edge. It should be a slim device and… for now, that’s all that’s generally known about the new product from official sources.
Samsung also did not provide a clear release date, saying only that the new product can be expected in mid-2025. However, insiders report that the new product will be presented in a month and a half - on April 16. This is reported by the publication 9to5Google.
Before this publication, it was also hinted that the Galaxy S25 Edge presentation is planned for April. Now, insider Jukanlosreve, citing Seoul Economic Daily, says that the smartphone will be officially presented in April, and a month after that the device will go on sale. It is expected that the first batch will consist of 40 thousand samples, and there will be a choice of three body colors - Light Blue, Black, and Silver.
At the same time, the cost of the new product was also mentioned, although without exact figures. According to available information, the Galaxy S25 Edge will cost more than the base model of the Galaxy S25 line, but will also be cheaper than the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra.
There is no big presentation planned for the Galaxy S25 Edge, like with flagship models. However, the company will prepare a global online broadcast. So, theoretically, anyone interested can mark the date on their calendar.
