The open-world action RPG Rise of the Ronin from Team Ninja and publisher Koei Tecmo has been released on PC. The game is now available for purchase on Steam. The game was originally scheduled to release on March 22, 2024, exclusively for PlayStation 5.
In Rise of the Ronin, players take on the role of a ronin in Japan in 1863. After three hundred years of Tokugawa Shogunate rule, black ships from the West arrive on the shores of the country, spreading panic all around. Amidst the chaos of war, disease, and political intrigue, a nameless warrior embarks on a journey that will bring him face to face with various historical figures and factions, and force him to make important decisions that will directly affect the future course of history.
The Steam version of Rise of the Ronin also received new features for PC:
