Official renders of Nothing Headphones have appeared online (1)
Nothing, a company known for its unconventional approach to mobile device design, is preparing to launch its first full-size headphones — the Nothing Headphone (1). Although the technical specifications of the headphones have not yet been disclosed, what are claimed to be official renders have been leaked online, showing off the new product’s unique appearance.
The headphones have a rectangular base with transparent oval inserts, which have integrated microphone holes. Presumably, these microphones are designed for active noise cancellation (ANC) technology. The body also shows physical buttons and several ports, including the classic 3.5 mm audio jack. The ear cups are oval in shape, and the headband can be adjusted, although there is no complex mechanism.
The Nothing Headphone (1) will be unveiled on July 1st, along with the Nothing Phone (3) flagship smartphone. The headphones are expected to retail for $309 in the US and €299 in Europe. The new product promises to be a stylish addition to the Nothing ecosystem and the company's attempt to gain a foothold in the audio segment.
