Razer has officially unveiled PC Remote Play, a new platform for streaming games from your PC to your smartphone, tablet, or portable Windows console. It delivers full resolution and the maximum refresh rate supported by the device.
The company first introduced a beta version of the platform at CES 2025, but it has since received a number of improvements. Razer has notably revamped the app interface and added support for "all" iOS and Android mobile gamepads, the AV1 video codec, and several software updates.
Razer PC Remote Play also supports keyboard, mouse and trackpad support for iPad. Through Razer Nexus, users will be able to access all their PC games and launch them instantly from their mobile device, customize controls, record gameplay and more. In addition, the app automatically optimizes games to make the most of the display on their smartphone or other device.
To use the app, you need to install Razer Nexus and Razer PC Remote Play on your mobile device, enable Remote Play in Razer Cortex on your PC, log in to your profile, connect your controller, and launch any game from Steam, Epic Games Store, or PC Game Pass.
The free app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. You can learn more about the platform on the company's official website.
